When NCR split into two independent public companies, NCR Atleos had to enter the market as a global enterprise on day one, fully formed and under investor scrutiny, with a brand that did not yet exist. There was no soft launch and no runway. The brand had to look established before the company was.
I owned the brand system end to end, defining the visual language, governance, and cross-channel expression. Partnering with executive leadership and marketing, I translated the separation strategy into a framework built to scale across digital, experiential, and investor environments from the moment it went live.
